摘要 中职学校的"双创"教育应由权宜之计变为长久之策。要面向全体学生,以培养就业与创业能力为重点,将"双创"教育列为中职教育的必备内容和必修课程;要创新机制,凸显市场经济特点,构建普惠性、有效性与市场性跨界契合的"双创"教育模式;要构建学生"双创"教育实践的有效平台,带领学生进行"双创"教育模拟与实践,培养"双创"典型,以创业拉动就业,提升全体学生就业和创业的能力与质量,为服务"三农",建设全面小康社会做出贡献。 The temporary expedient of the double creation education made by secondary vocational schools should be replaced by the long-term solution. With a focus on cultivating all the students' employment and innovation abilities, the double creation education should be on the list of secondary educational necessary contents and required courses. Its keys are to innovate the mechanism, highlight the characteristics of the market economy and build the inclusive, effective and market-related cross-border correspondence of the double creation education model. Also, it's necessary to construct the effective platform of the double creation education practice for the students, who can be led to the stimulation and practice. With innovation boosting employment,contributions will be made to building a moderately prosperous society of a high standard in an all-round way by training the models, promoting all the students' ability and quality and serving agriculture, rural areas and farmers.
