摘要
中等职业学校德育实效性差是个不争的事实。影响德育实效性的因素是多方面的,也是复杂的。通过对3所中职学校学生进行问卷调查,利用SPSS统计分析工具从定量的角度对收集的数据进行相关分析、因子分析、回归分析等,抽取和确立影响德育实效性的外部主要因子和影响度(如学校德育内容和方式方法、家庭教育、社区环境等为主要影响因子),旨在为中职学校开展德育工作提供理论和方法依据。
It is an indisputable fact that the moral education in secondary vocational schools is not effective. The factors that affect the effectiveness of moral education are multifaceted and complex. Through the questionnaire survey of students in three secondary vocational schools, using SPSS statistical analysis tools from the quantitative point of view of the collected data correlation analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, the paper extracts and determines the external main factors such as schools moral education content and methods, family education, community environment,etc., and influence degree that influence the moral education effectiveness, providing the theory and method of moral education as a strong basis for secondary vocational schools.
