摘要 A356铸造铝合金是传统的金属材料,其熔体中的夹杂物是影响铸件质量的关键因素之一.介绍了A356铸造铝合金中常见的氧化物、氮化物、碳化物和熔融盐等夹杂物的形成机制以及其性质.论述了现有检测夹杂物含量的方法,其中包括作者尝试的电解萃取法.概括了生产过程中控制夹杂物含量以净化熔体的相关措施,这对确保铸件质量有重要意义. A356 aluminum casting alloy is a traditional metal material, and inclusions in its melt is one of the key factors influencing quality of the castings. The mechanism whereby the common inclusions such as oxides, nitrides, carbides and molten salts form in A356 aluminum casting alloy and nature of the inclusions were introduced. The existing methods of detecting inclusions, including an electrolytic extraction method tried by the writer, were discussed. Some measures of controlling the inclusion content and, therefore, purifying the melt in the production, which will have great significance for ensuring the quality of the castings, were summarized.
