摘要
为适应新形势下铸造行业向节能、环保、优质及高效方向发展的需要,在铸件生产中采用经济、合理和环保的造型工艺至关重要.结合国内大型铸钢件生产企业的实际应用情况,从铸件质量、旧砂再生及生产成本等角度,对大型铸钢件的三种常用造型工艺的优、缺点进行了分析和对比.
In order to suit the needs of development of casting industry into energy saving, not harming environment, high quality, and high efficiency in a new situation, adoption of economic, reasonable and environmentally-friendly molding technologies are of vital importance. Base on the practical applications in some enterprises where the large-sized steel castings are produced, advantages and disadvantages of the three commonly used molding technologies were analyzed and contrasted each other as viewed from quality of castings, reclamation of used sand, production cost, etc.
