摘要
研究了真空脱气过程中的温度变化和影响真空脱气效果的因素.根据研究结果改进了真空脱气工艺,包括脱气的温度和时间,含氮钢的保氮措施,气体标样的取样,从而提高了真空脱气的效果.经过多次设备与工艺的改进,最终获得了较成熟的能有效控制温度和成分的真空脱气工艺.
The change in temperatures in the course of vacuum degassing and the factors influencing effectiveness of vacuum degassing were investigated. On the basis of the investigated results, the vacuum degassing processes, including degassing temperature and time at temperature, nitrogen-holding measures for nitrogen-containing steel, and sampling of standard reference gas, were improved, thus increasing the effectiveness of the vacuum degassing. After the equipment and process were made better repeatedly, a more usable vacuum degassing process capable of effectively controlling both temperature and composition was developed.
