大型工业级3D打印用聚乳酸复合材料的研究与应用

摘要 根据大型工业级3D打印用聚乳酸复合材料的性能要求,选择了合适的聚乳酸、无机填料、聚合物弹性体、增塑剂及其他添加剂,分析了几个重要的改性条件对聚乳酸复合材料工艺性能的影响,得出了最佳的改性工艺及原材料配比.实践表明,所研制的大型工业级3D打印用聚乳酸复合材料性能优异,环保无毒、打印流畅,打印件表面光洁,尺寸稳定,不易收缩,很好地解决了打印件的翘曲、开裂、黏结性差等缺陷. In the light of the performance requirements for a polylactic acid composite material for largescale commercial 3D printing, the optimum modification process and mixture ratio of raw materials for the polylactic acid composite material were developed by selection of suitable additives such as polylactic acid, inorganic filter, polymer elastomer, plasticizer and so on, and by analysis on the effect of several important modification conditions on process property of the polylactic acid composite material. It has been proved by practice that the developed polylactic acid composite material used for large-scale commercial 3D printing has excellent properties, is environmentally friendly and able to print smoothly, and that printed piece has smooth surface and stable size, and is not easy to shrink, thus removing defects of the printed piece, such as warpage, cracking, poor adhesion, etc.
