摘要
阐述了热芯盒射芯工艺过程,提出了相应的操作要求.结合生产中存在的问题,从芯盒设计、射芯工艺、芯砂质量及射芯操作等方面进行了优化,生产出了尺寸精度高、表面质量好、具有良好经济效益的砂芯,从而为优质铸件的生产奠定了基础.
A hot box shot core process was introduced, and its corresponding operation requirements were pot forward. On the basis of problems present in production, sand core which has high dimensional accuracy, good surface quality and considerable economic gain was produced by optimization of core box design, shot core technology, core sand quality, and shot core operation, thus laying a foundation for the production of high quality castings.
