摘要
铸造用型砂的回收、再利用是降低铸造企业造型成本的常用方法.但是再生砂在回收分离的过程中经常出现分离装置烧结板堵塞的问题.根据TRIZ理论,通过功能分析、因果关系分析、技术矛盾和物理矛盾分析等,解决了再生砂分离设备烧结板堵塞的问题.
The recovery and reuse of foundry sand is a common method to reduce molding cost in foundry enterprise. However, there is often a problem of sintering plate blocking in separator during the separation of reclaimed sand. Based on a TRIZ theory, the sintering plate blocking has been eliminated by function analysis, causal relation analysis, and analysis of technical and physical contradictions.
