智能脉冲枪结合牵引疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究

目的：客观评价美国IQ智能脉冲枪结合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法：将72例临床患者随机分为对照组和观察组.对照组36例常规牵引治疗,观察组36例常规牵引治疗联合美国IQ智能脉冲枪治疗.观察治疗前后2组疗效对比.结果：（1）经过治疗,2组患者的治疗后VAS评分、NDI指数评分和治疗前相比较都有很大程度降低,其中的差异都有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.（2）观察组临床有效率为97.22％,对照组为75％,其差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：美国IQ智能脉冲枪、牵引疗法都是治疗神经根型颈椎病的有效方法,能减轻神经根型颈椎病患者的痛苦并提高他们日常生活质量,两者联合解除神经根型颈椎病临床症状效果更肯定.
