目的：应用极度外展法整复难复性肩关节盂下脱位,手法轻柔,损伤小,产生并发症少,患者恢复较快,值得临床推广应用.方法：术者和助手密切配合,行手牵足蹬法将肩关节外展至90°时候顺利完成助手和术者固定、牵引的角色转换,以肩胛盂缘为支点,继续外展牵引,使肱骨头摆脱嵌顿、粘连而还纳.结果：1次性复位成功,疗效恢复优良率超过93％.结论：极度外展法整复难复性肩关节盂下脱住是在总结临床所沿用的四种方法基础之上发展而来的符合盂肱关节解剖特点的一种巧妙复位方法,值得临床推广应用.

Conclusion： the method of extreme abduc- tion of refractory shoulder subglenoid dislocation is above four methods used in the clinical basis in line with the development of an ingen- ious method of reduction the anatomical characteristics of the glenohumeral joint and is worthy of clinical application.
