中国长期照护体系的发展与思考

Development and Thinking of Long-Term Care System in China

在人口结构老龄化、疾病状况慢性化、健康问题障碍化、家庭结构小型化等背景下,长期照护已经成为我国养老服务需要着力发展的重要领域。对包括台湾地区在内的我国长期照护的政策演进、发展现状和存在问题进行了系统梳理和对比分析,并以此为基础,提出了建构独立的长期照护政策体系、合理配建基础设施、夯实政策法律环境等政策建议,以期推动我国长期照护的健康快速发展。

Under the background of population aging, chronic diseases, health problems and small family structures, long-term care has become an important area for the development of aging service in China.The policy evolution, development status and problems of long-term care in China including the Taiwan Region are systematically analyzed and compared, development, and propose the construction of independent.On the basis of this, the author puts forward some policy suggestions, such as establishing an independent long-term care policy system, reasonable allocation of infrastructure, consolidating policy and legal environment, so as to promote the healthy and rapid development of regional long-term care in China.
