交易费用视角下TPP对中国农产品贸易的影响

Influence of TPP on China's Agricultural Products Trade from the Perspective of Transaction Costs

在简要回顾跨太平洋伙伴关系协定(TPP)谈判进程的基础上,选取交易费用视角,分析TPP对中国农产品贸易的影响。研究发现,与传统的自由贸易协定仅关注关税减免产生的贸易转移效应和贸易创造效应不同,TPP主要通过农产品贸易交易费用的调整以及未来对多边贸易规则的改变来影响中国农产品贸易。以TPP为代表的"新贸易规则"会对中国农业生产以及农产品贸易产生更为深远的影响。

Based on the brief review of TPP’s negotiation process, this paper analyzed the influence of TPP on China’s agricultural products trade from the perspective of transaction costs. The study found that it was different from the traditional free trade agreement that only focused on the trade transfer effect and the trade creation effect of the tariff concession, the impact of TPP on China’s agricultural products trade was mainly through the adjustment of the transaction costs of agricultural products trade and the change in multilateral trade rules in the future. China’s agricultural production and agricultural products trade will be affected profoundly by the new trade rules represented by TPP.
