南平市2010-2015年流行性感冒监测结果分析 被引量:3

Analysis of influenza surveillance in Nanping city of Fujian province during 2010 to 2015

摘要 目的分析南平市2010-2015年流行性感冒(流感)流行特征及流感病毒毒株型别,为流感防控提供科学依据。方法采集南平市两家哨点医院流感样症状的病例咽拭子标本,用细胞培养法进行病毒分离,并从中国流感监测信息系统中收集南平市监测点流感样病例(influenza-like illness,ILI)数据。结果2010-2015年采集流感样病例咽拭子标本8 567份,用MDCK细胞培养分离毒株709株,阳性率8.28%,主要流感病毒型别为新甲型H1N1型,占3.05%;A型H3,占1.25%;B型BV占2.37%,BY占1.60%;其中2010年病毒型别以新甲型H1N1型和BY型(Yamagate)为流行优势株,2011年以BV型(Victoria)和新甲型H1N1型为流行优势株,2012年主要以BV型(Victoria)为流行优势株,2013年以新甲型H1N1型和季节性H3(H3N2)为流行优势株,2014年以新甲型H1N1型为流行优势株,2015年以BY型(Yamagate)为流行优势株。不同监测月份流感病毒分离率最高为1月份(22.48%),最低为9月份(0.44%)。结论 2010-2015年南平市流感病毒新甲型H1N1、季节性H3、B型同时在人群中交替流行,以新甲型H1N1型和B型为主,每年主要流行优势株交替出现。发病高峰在冬春季。 Objective To analyze the influenza surveillance data in Nanping city of Fujian province,China during 2010 to 2015. Methods Two sentinel hospital were chosen to collect throat swab specimen from patients with influenza-like symptoms.Cell culture was used for virus isolation and identification.Data of influenza-like illness cases(ILI)were collected. Results During 2010-2015 atotal of 8 567 swab specimens were collected.Seven hundred and nine virus strains from MDCK cell culture were isolated,the positive rate was 8.28%and mostly were new types of H1N1 accounting for 3.05%;H3-A for 1.25%,B type BV accounted for 2.37%,BY for1.60%.The new methyl H1N1 and BY(Yamagate),BV(Victoria)and new methyl H1N1,BV(Victoria),new methyl H1N1 and H3N2,new methyl H1N1,BY(Yamagate)were the dominant epidemic strains for years 2010,2011,2012,2013,2014,respectively.The highest isolation rate for influenza virus was in January(22.48%)while the lowest in September(0.44%). Conclusions From 2010 to 2015,the dominant epidemic strains of influenza viruses isolated in Nanping city of Fujian province were constantly changing,with the new swine(H1N1),A3(H3N2)and B type were more popular.The peak of influenza onset is in January.
