摘要
为了分析某电厂#1机组SCR脱硝系统催化剂磨损的问题,采用现场试验的方法,在对催化剂上方流场进行测试后,分析催化剂磨损的原因。结果表明:横梁结构是导致催化剂磨损的主要原因。最后通过对横梁结构进行适当改造,改善了气流分布,大大减轻了催化剂的磨损,保证脱销装置的效率及安全运行。
In order to analyze the abrasion of catalyst in the SCR denitrification of a 660MW power unit, adopted a method of field test. First, it was a test on the velocity of flow field over catalyst. Analysis the reason of SCR denitrification.Results show that the abrasion of catalyst is largely related to the beam-framework above catalyst. Finally, the appropriate transformation will improve the distribution of airflow and alleviate the abrasion of catalyst, which ensure the efficiency and safe operation of the system.
