摘要
某电厂600 MW超临界燃煤锅炉中速磨煤机发生内爆事故,导致磨煤机进口一次风道二处膨胀节发生破裂、风道发生较大程度的变形,影响了机组的安全稳定运行。就事故原因进行分析并得出了石子煤在风道进口处堆积自燃是导致磨煤机内爆的主要原因,在通过分析石子煤堆积的原因基础上提出了预防磨煤机内爆的措施。
A power plant 600MW supercritical coal-fired boilers pulverizers imploded accident, resulting in a two mill expansion joint duct rupture and the air-duct was out of shape,affecting the security and stable operation of the unit. This paper analyzed the cause of the accident and the stone coal stacked in the wind tunnel at the entrance of spontaneous combustion is the main cause of the explosion inside the mil o By analyzing the reasons of stone coal stacked, we proposed measures in the prevention mill explosion.
