摘要
针对一台660 MW对冲燃烧锅炉,研究高温腐蚀产生的原因,提出防止高温腐蚀的治理方案,并通过数值模拟计算设计出贴壁风分布位置、数量和喷嘴的尺寸,使水冷壁高温腐蚀问题得以缓解和治理。
Analyzing the reason of water-wall corrosion in a 660MW opposed firing boiler, it is noted that using the closing to wall air can prevent the high temperature corrosion. Distribution location, quantity and the size of the closing to wall air nozzle were designed through numerical simulation, which makes the water wall of high temperature corrosion problems were eased and eliminated.
