摘要
介绍主要的SCR脱硝催化剂指标和脱硝设备性能检测指标,结合燃煤电厂脱硝设备运行实例,分析将NOx浓度分布、脱硫脱硝出口NOx浓度偏差(绝对值)、脱硝系统阻力及相关的空预器烟气侧阻力作为脱硝设备运行指标及其必要性与紧迫性,为燃煤电厂脱硝设备安全经济运行和稳定实现NOx超低排放控制提供参考。
Indexes of testing selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalysts and performance checkup of flue gas denitration equipment are introduced. Based on a series of instances being running of denitration equipment of coal-fired power plants, the suggestions on the equipment operated economically, safely and steadily are proposed that some indexes such as NOx distribution (including NOx concentration of reactor inlet and outlet ), NOx concentration absolute deviation of desulfurization tower and denitration reactor outlet, differential pressure of denitration system and air preheater in order to provide references for operators. Those indexes are necessary and urgency monitored to achieve the ultra low emission objectives of NOx.
