摘要
以某电厂300 MW级锅炉为研究对象,通过水冷壁黑体安全节能增效技术的理论研究及应用实证,结果表明,改造后排烟温度降低5℃,飞灰含碳量降低0.5%,过热器减温水量平均降低50 t/h,供电煤耗降低1.5 g/k Wh,对弥补当前低氮燃烧技术的不足,突破掺配掺烧的比例限制,提高锅炉效率,降低供电煤耗,推动行业节能减排具有重要意义。
The theory and application on blackbody technology of spray for water-wall tubes which would save energy and improve efficiency securely in a 300 MW coal boiler were researched in this paper, the results showed that, the exhaust temperature was reduced by 5 ℃, fly ash carbon content lower by 0.5%, the flow of superheater desuperheating water was decreased by 50 t/h, the power supply coal consumption was reduced by 1.5 g/kW h. It is helpful to make up the shortages of low nitrogen combustion technology, break through the blending of different coals, improve the efficiency of the boiler, reduce the power supply coal consumption.
