摘要
轴封式反应堆冷却剂泵(简称"核主泵")是压水堆核电站中核岛一回路最关键的主设备之一,是一回路系统中唯一的旋转设备,属于高温、高压、受核辐照的压力边界一级设备。对于核主泵设备有很多关键部套组成,其中油润滑推力轴承是支撑核主泵转子的系统的重要部件,决定了核主泵能否可靠长期运行。通过对核主泵的结构特点、运行条件,零部件的装配关系,研究温差问题产生的原因和解决温度不均的方法。
Shaft-sealed reactor coolant pump (simplified as RCP) is one of the most crucial equipment in the first loop of nuclear island in pressurized reactor nuclear plant, and the sole rotating equipment in the first loop system, which belongs to the first level pressure boundary equipment under circumstance of high temperature, high pressure and radiation. As for RCP, there are many key components. Among them, oil lubricating thrust bearing is an important part of rotor system that supports RCP and decides whether RCP can operate reliably for long period. The reason for occurrence of temperature difference and the solution to uneven temperature through the structure characters, running condition and assembly relations between components is studied.
