摘要
目的研究在介入手术室(DSA)护理人员绩效分配管理中,绩效考核与分配方案产生的效果。方法结合申康市级医院内部绩效考核的管理要求,运用关键业绩指标法(Key Performance Indicators)和目标管理法(Management by Objects),对考核结果进行绩效分配。结果介入手术室护理人员工作积极性得到进一步提高,工作效率获得极大提升。结论绩效考核和分配方案设计科学合理,体现多劳多得、按劳分配、优劳优酬的原则,提高管理效率,是一种行之有效的管理方法。
Objective To discuss the effectiveness of new performance appraisal and allocation plan in the performance management of interventional operation room. Methods According to the management requirements of Shenkang Hospital,the key performance indicators( KPI) and management by objects( MBO) were applied to implement performance distribution based on the assessment result. Results Nursing staff's enthusiasm for work in operation room was improved,and the working efficiency was greatly promoted. Conclusion The scientific and reasonable performance evaluation and distribution plan,which fully reflects the principle of distribution based on labor,more pay for more work and better pay for better work,is an effective management method.
