摘要 目的探讨依托信息化平台对门诊护理人员进行岗位管理的效果。方法通过专家会议法,结合医院门诊特点进行护理岗位设置,将岗位管理与绩效分配相结合,并依托信息化平台进行绩效考核。结果实施改革后,患者对护理工作的满意度由80.0%提升至96.3%,医师对护理工作的满意度由84.0%提升至97.0%,护理人员对护理工作的满意度由68.3%提升至95.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依托于信息化平台的岗位管理,有利于激发门诊护理人员的工作积极性,提高护理工作质量。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of informatization platform applied in post management of outpatient nursing staff. Methods Expert meeting method was adopted. Based on the characteristics of outpatient,nursing posts were set up. Post management and performance allocation were combined,and performance was evaluated through informatization platform. Results With the implementation of the reform,patients' satisfaction rate with nursing service increased from 80. 0% to 96. 3%; doctors' satisfaction rate with nursing service increased from 84. 0% to 97. 0%; and nursing staffs' satisfaction rate with nursing service increased from 68. 3% to 95. 0 %. The difference is statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Post management based on informatization platform could stimulaite working enthnsiam of nursing staff in outpatient department and improve nursing quality.
