军事职业教育微专业建设初探

Exploration of Micro-Specialty Construction in Military Vocational Education of a Military Medical University

大规模在线开放课程(MOOC)作为一种全新的在线教学模式迅速发展,为我军开展军人终身职业教育提供新的教育理念和模式。针对军事职业教育特点,应当从更新思想、科学论证、加大投入、着眼实效、完善机制五个方面着手,运用现代远程教育方法和技术,大力建设在线军事职业教育微专业。

In recent years, as a new online teaching mode, massive open online courses（MOOC） has developed rapidly, which provides new educational concept and mode for military lifetime vocational education. Based on the characteristics of military vocational education, online military medical micro - specialty education should be developed by adopting modern methods and technologies of distance education, from the following five aspects ： updating mindsets, demonstrating scientifically, increasing input, focusing on effects and perfecting the mechanism.
