摘要 目的运用多媒体视频教学方式,提高专科护士在仪器使用方面的护理操作水平。方法将第二军医大学长征医院胸心外科2015年和2016年,低年资需进行专科操作培训的护理人员分为对照组和实验组;对照组采用带教老师亲自教授仪器规范化使用的培训方法,实验组采用观看自制仪器规范化操作视频的培训方法。比较两组护士的专科仪器规范化操作水平,并对实验组护士进行仪器操作视频的满意度调查。结果对照组和实验组护士仪器操作考试成绩均值比较,实验组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统教学方法相比,多媒体视频教学方法可节省教学人力,节约教学时间,提高学习效率,方便重复学习,能有效提升专科护士对仪器规范化操作的掌握程度及应用水平。 Objective To improve the instrument operation level of specialist nurses through multimedia teaching. Methods Specialist nurses trained in Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery in Changzheng Hospital in 2015 were defined as the experimental group and those trained in 2016 were defined as the control group. Specialist nurses from the control group learned the methods of operating the instruments with the help of their teachers,while the others from the experimental group learned the methods by watching videos by themselves. Standardized operation level was compared after training and a satisfaction survey of the teaching video was conducted among specialist nurses from the experimental group. Results The skill scores of the nurses from the experimental group were higher than those from the control group( P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching methods,multimedia teaching could not only spare both time and human resources but also improve the efficiency. In addition,it makes repeated learning possible and enables the specialist nurses to have a good command of the standardized operation of instruments.
