摘要 针对U型梁预制施工的技术难点和出现的问题,依托青岛蓝色硅谷城际轨道交通工程,通过分析U型梁施工的每个主要工序,研究了U型梁预制过程中裂缝及外观问题出现的原因,提出了U型梁预制的施工工艺和关键技术。在预制梁工程中首次应用"喷砂打磨"技术处理模板基面,率先提出完善的U型梁混凝土分区浇筑工艺,发明了U型梁的喷淋养护系统及方法,制定了U型梁预应力张拉技术。研究成果成功保证了U型梁的预制质量和外观美观,为今后U型梁的预制生产提供了可靠工程经验。 Aiming at the technical difficulties and problems of U-shaped beams prefabrication,the causes of cracks and appearance problems of U-shaped beams were studied and key construction technologies of the prefabrication of U-shaped beams were proposed by analyzing main procedures of the prefabrication,based on Qingdao Blue Silicon Valley urban rail transit project. Sand blasting was firstly used to handle template surface in prefabricated beam engineering. Concrete partition casting process of U-shaped beams was put forward,the integrated spray curing system and its method were invented,and the pre-stressed tension technology of U-shaped beams was proposed. The results of research were successfully applied to ensure the quality and appearance of U-shaped beams,which would provide reliable engineering experience for the prefabrication of U-shaped beams.
