Rapid Construction Technology for Monolithic Track Bed of Long Tunnel in Single Track Railway

单线铁路隧道在施工过程中既要确保工期要求,又要控制好施工质量,且空间受限,施工难度大。因此在现有施工条件下,选定最优施工方案,合理地组织平行流水作业,是单线铁路隧道无砟轨道施工的重点。本文结合天平铁路唐杨隧道整体道床施工实例,介绍单线铁路隧道整体道床施工方法,以便对今后类似的工程起到借鉴作用。

It is necessary that the single track railway tunnel has been ensured the time limit for a project and controlled the construction quality in the process of construction. However,it is very difficult for the construction and the space is limited. Therefore,it is the key for the rational use of the existing construction conditions and the correct selection of construction plan and maximizing the organization of parallel streamlined production to the construction of ballastless track in single track railway tunnel. In this study,it is combined with the example of the construction of the monolithic track bed of Tangyang Tunnel in Tianshui-Pingliang Railway. The construction method of monolithic track bed for single railway tunnel is introduced in order to play a reference for similar projects in the future.
