摘要
目的:比较大鼠临界颅骨缺损自然愈合及Bio-Oss、Bio-Gide干预情况下新骨与血管形成时序性及空间分布上相互关系。方法:采用Micro-CT及组织学评估新骨形成情况,Microfil血管造影术评估新生血管形成情况,并探索新骨形成与新生血管形成之间的相互关系。结果:自然愈合、添加骨粉Bio-Oss、覆盖骨膜Bio-Gide三组新骨与血管形成总量均随时间增长而增多(P<0.05),在新骨与血管分布方面自然愈合组中均为从缺损周围向缺损中心长入;Bio-Oss组为形成于缺损周围以及骨粉周围;覆盖骨膜Bio-Gide组为缺损全区域较广泛形成。结论:骨缺损修复过程中新骨形成与新生血管形成在功能上密切相关,Bio-Oss及Bio-Gide干预情况下新骨形成增多与新生血管数量增多及分布不同有关。
Objective: This manuscript aimed to compare the difference in sequential and spatial distribution of osteogenesis and angiogenesis between cranial critical-sized defect healing treated with or without bone-substitute materials. Methods: Rats cranial critical-sized defect (CSD) treated with bone-substitute materials (Bio-Oss or Bio-Gide) were regarded as test groups (Bio-Oss group and Bio-Gide group,respectively) and CSD treated without bone-substitute materials was regarded as control group (Natural healing group). Micro-CT and histology analysis were taken to observe new bone forma- tion, while angiography with Microfil~ was used to observe angiogenesis in these groups. Results : Both of osteogenesis and an- giogenesis were increased in these groups (Natural healing group, Bio-Oss group and Bio-Gide group) with the time-lapse of operation. However, the sequential and spatial distribution of osteogenesis and angiogenesis was different among these groups. The bone and blood vessels regenerated from the periphery to the center of the defect during natural healing. The bone and blood vessels regenerated around the defect and in the area around Bio-Oss. The bone and blood vessels diffusely regenerated in the whole defect area of Bio-Gide group. Conclusion: Osteogenesis is closely related to angiogenesis during bone defect healing. The administration of bone-substitute materials affected the quantity of new bone formation and the distribution of new blood vessels.
