CRP、IL-10在肺气肿并肺间质纤维化患者血清中的表达及价值评价

Expression and evaluation of CRP and IL-10 in serum of patients with emphysema and pulmonary fibrosis

目的:探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)和白介素-10(IL-10)在肺气肿并肺间质纤维化患者血清中的表达水平及临床价值。方法:选取医院收治的肺气肿并肺间质纤维化患者47例为观察组,同期收治的单纯肺气肿患者51例为对照组。比较两组患者的肺功能、血气情况及血清CRP、IL-10水平,并分析CRP、IL-10与肺功能指标的相关性。结果:观察组吸烟指数、用力肺活量(FVC)明显高于对照组,1秒用力呼气容积FEV1/FVC、一氧化碳弥散率(DLCO)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)、血氧分压量(PaO_2)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前及治疗2个月后,观察组血清IL-10水平明显低于对照组,CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);IL-10与患者FEV1、DLCO和FEV1/FVC均呈明显正相关(P<0.05),CRP与FEV1、DLCO和FEV1/FVC均呈明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论:肺气肿并肺间质纤维化患者血清CRP水平明显升高,IL-10水平明显降低,且与患者肺功能存在密切关系,在评估病情及疗效中具有一定临床价值。

Objective：To investigate the expression and evaluation of serum C-reactive protein（CRP）and interleukin-10（IL-10）in serum of patients with emphysema and pulmonary fibrosis.Methods：Fourty-seven patients with emphysema and pulmonary fibrosis were selected as observation group,51 patients with simple emphysema were selected as control group.The pulmonary function,blood gas and serum CRP,IL-10 level were compared between two groups.The correlation between CRP,IL-10 and lung function indexes was analyzed.Results：The smoking index and forced vital capacity（FVC）in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,FEV1/FVC,carbon monoxide dispersion rate（DLCO）,carbon dioxide partial pressure（PaCO2）,blood oxygen pressure（PaO2） were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）.The level of serum IL-10 in the observation group was significantly lower and the CRP was higher than those in the control group before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.There was a significant positive correlation between IL-10 and FEV1,DLCO and FEV1/FVC（P〈0.05）.There was a significant negative correlation between CRP and FEV1,DLCO and FEV1/FVC（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The level of serum CRP was significantly increased in patients with pulmonary emphysema and pulmonary fibrosis,the level of IL-10 was significantly reduced,and there was a close relationship between lung function.
