电子计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)成像是重要的临床医学诊断手段,而造影剂是其中的重要组成部分。提高造影剂的靶向性,有利于对疾病进行早期诊断是造影剂研究发展的一大趋势。本文对靶向CT造影剂的研究进展作一概要介绍。

Computed tomography imaging has become an important mean of clinical diagnosis while the contrast agent is an important part in CT imaging.Improving the targeting for early diagnosis of the disease is a major trend in the development of contrast agents.This article introduces briefly the research progress of the targeting contrast agent for CT imaging.
