高校辅导员职业发展:内在规律与支持路径——以上海市高校为例

摘要 职业发展既是辅导员个体成长的现实诉求,又是辅导员队伍建设的重要内容。辅导员职业发展具有内在规律性,应在把握其阶段性和矛盾性的基础上,科学、合理地为辅导员职业发展敷设台阶,推动辅导员队伍专业化职业化专家化发展。
