中华工匠文化体系研究,旨在从文化理论的视角也就是从工匠活动的主体方面(人的方面)对20世纪20年代以前的中华工匠进行系统研究,深入挖掘中华工匠的文化史意义和当代价值。以"工匠"为主题,以"工匠文化"为中心,以"工匠精神"为信仰,系统整理、构建和探索"工匠文化"世界,构建中华工匠文化体系。中华工匠文化体系既是一个逻辑范畴,也是一个历史范畴。本文旨在通过考察和研究中华工匠考核文化体系来深入系统研究中华工匠文化体系问题,以期对当代人力资源管理等方面有所启示。文章在考察工匠、百工制度体系的基础上,系统探讨了中华工匠考核文化体系的基本结构及其历史价值。

The study of Chinese Craftsman Cultural System aims at carrying out a systematic research on Chinese craftsman before the 1920s from the perspective of culture theory which regards craftsman＇s activities as subjective aspect. The construction of Chinese craftsman cultural system takes the＂craftsman＂ as the subject, the＂eraftsman culture＂ as the kernel and the ＂craftsmanship＂ as the belief, systematically sorting out and exploring the world of ＂craftsman culture＂. The Chinese craftsman cultural system not only belongs to logical category but historical category. This article intends to carrying out a systematic research on Chinese craftsman culture system according to investigating and studying Chinese craftsman evaluation culture system, drawing inspiration for contemporary human resource management.The article also systematically probes the basic structure and historical value of Chinese craftsman evaluation culture system based on investigating the system of craftsman and all sorts of workmen.
