芽孢杆菌的基因改造研究进展(续)

摘要 介绍了芽孢杆菌的特征及其在制革工业中的应用,描述了芽孢杆菌基因改造之后的性能变化,指出通过基因工程改造可以提高芽孢杆菌产酶的热稳定性、耐酸碱性并改善底物特异性,从而改善芽孢杆菌产酶在制革中的作用效果。对芽孢杆菌基因改造在制革中的应用前景进行了展望,表明通过相关研究,可以建立高效可控的工艺,进一步推广酶在制革生产中的应用。 The characteristics of bacillus and its application in leather industry were introduced. The changes of ba- performances after genetic modification were described. The genetic modification could improve thermal stabili- acid-alkali tolerance of the enzymes produced by bacillus, and also it would change substrate specificity, thus improving the effect of enzymes on leather making. The application prospect of enzymes in leather making process was put forward. Effective and controllable processes can be established by further research, thereby extending the applica- tion of bacillus in leather making process.
