摘要
采用透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和应力-应变分析对湿态和干态聚丙烯酸(PAA)复鞣革不同尺度结构进行了表征。结果表明:PAA主要在介孔和大孔结构层次与胶原纤维作用,在充水状态下,PAA对胶原纤维的聚集结构无明显影响,但在湿-干态转变过程中显著影响胶原纤维的聚集行为,使胶原纤维间的作用力及胶原纤维聚集的有序程度降低。
The different scales structure of leather retanned with polyacrylic acid (PAA) under dry and wet state was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and stress- strain analysis. The results show that PAA mainly interacts with collagen fibers at the level of mesoporous and macro- porous structure and has little influence on the aggregation structure of collagen fibers before drying. During the wet- dry state transition PAA has significant effect on the collagen fibers aggregation with making the interaction force and the aggregation degree of collagen decreasing.
