摘要
目的观察脑红蛋白在脑出血患者血清中的表达变化,探讨脑红蛋白在脑出血中的作用。方法 ELISA法检测10例正常体检患者,18例脑出血(以CT影像学确诊)患者损伤后3 h、6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h患者血清NGB浓度。结果 (1)脑出血组血清NGB表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血清中NGB含量在损伤后3h处于高水平,其后逐渐下降,12 h后逐渐增高,至24 h再次升高,而后下降至较低水平;(2)NGB在血清中表达程度与出血量的多少呈正相关。结论脑出血诱导脑红蛋白的表达,发挥其脑保护作用,NGB血清学水平与神经细胞受损的程度相关,受损情况越重,脑红蛋白在血清中的含量越高。
Objective To observ expression of neuroglobin( NGB) after cerebral hemorrhage in patients,and explore the role of NGB in cerebral hemorrhage. Methods To measure serum concentrations of NGB in 10 normal and 18 patients of cerebral hemorrhage( divided into three groups according to CT: light group( amount of bleeding 〈30 ml) 、medium group( amount of bleeding = 30ml-60ml) 、heavy group( amount of bleeding = 60-90 ml) with 3 h,6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,72 h after cerebral hemorrhage by ELISA. Results(1)serum-concentrations of NGB in cerebral hemorrhage was rise significantly than that of control group,and NGB concentrations in serum after cerebral hemorrhage was high level at 3h,and gradually decline 6h,increased gradually 12 h,rise again 24 h,then fell to a low level.(1)there was a positive relationship between NGB concentrations in serum and cerebral hemorrhage Conclusion NGB play the role of protection in brain after induced by cerebral hemorrhage. NGB concentrations in serum is associated with the degree of impairment in nerve cells,so the heavier damage,the higher NGB concentrations in serum
