摘要
以高镁磷尾矿为研究对象,考察了磨矿细度、浮选时间、硫酸用量、脂肪酸与羟肟酸协同用药对浮选效果的影响。"1粗1扫"浮选工艺流程试验的结果表明:在磨矿细度为-74μm质量分数占88.72%,硫酸用量为16kg/t、捕收剂脂肪酸用量为0.93kg/t,羟肟酸用量为0.47kg/t的条件下,MgO浮选效果较好,最终获得了品位为19.05%、回收率为91.19%的镁精矿。
Taking the phosphate tailings with high magnesium as a research object, impacts of grinding fineness, flotation time, dosage of sulfuric acid and fatty acid with hydroxyl oxime acid as reagent on flotation effect are investigated. The results of test by one roughing and one scavenging flotation process showed that the final magnesium concentrate with grade 19.05% and recovery rate 91.19% was produced with good MgO flotation effect under the conditions of grinding fineness -74 μm 88. 72%, dosage of sulfuric acid 16 kg/t, amount of fatty acid 0.93 kg/t as collector and amount of hydroxyl oxime acid 0.47 kg/t.
