“两型社会”背景下湖南“绿色片区”生态规划策略与案例分析

On the Ecological Planning Strategy and Case Division of“Green Area”in Hunan under the Backgroud of“Two Oriented Society”

目前,城市规划正处于由传统的高消耗型发展模式向低碳绿色型发展模式转变的过渡阶段,全国各地都在探索生态城市规划的研究策略与实践办法。湖南长株潭城市群作为全国"两型社会"的第一个试验区,是为探索中国城市可持续发展之路开创的先河之举。本文立足于"两型社会"集约节约的时代要求,结合湖南省绿色片区的实践发展,探讨了绿色片区的生态规划策略与未来城市规划的发展方向,为湖南省绿色生态片区的规划与建设提供了理论与实践方面的参考。

If is an innovative way to explore the sustainable development of Chinese cities. At present, the urban planning is in the transition stage from the traditional high consumption development mode to the low carbon green development model. Chang-Zhu- Tan Urban Agglomeration, as the first test area of ＂two oriented society＂ in Hunan. The research strategies and practices of eco city planning are being explored all over the country. This paper was based on the requirements of the ＂two oriented society＂ intensive conservation,and discussed the ecological planning of green area and the developmentdirection of urban planning in the future, which provides a theoretical and practical reference for the planning and construction of green ecological area in Hunan province.
