Establishment of Neighborhood Sustainability Evaluation Framework in Urban Renewal——In Fengyuan Street,Liwan District of Guangzhou as an Example

本研究通过文献分析法以及专家访谈法,选择适合于评价邻里可持续性的指标框架,根据具体社区的需求添加适合于社区邻里的具体指标,最终形成适用于特定社区的可持续评价框架,对社区内个各个邻里的城市更新决策提供科学的依据。

In this study, this paper selects the index framework suitable for evaluating the sustainability of neighborhoods by means of literature analysis and expert interviews, and adds specific indicators suitable for neighborhoods according to the needs of specific communities, then finally forms a sustainable evaluation framework suitable for specific communities,providing a scientific basis for urban renewal decision- making within each neighborhood.
