摘要
热应力与相变应力之和是决定工件变形大小和有无裂纹的关键,而渗碳淬火齿轮应力的产生过程非常复杂,影响因素众多。文章对不同形状大型重载齿轮渗碳淬火后的内应力分布进行了研究,并结合齿轮热处理前后的变形数据,探讨了齿轮内应力产生的原因以及影响因素。
The joint effect of thermal stress and phase transformation stress decides the deformation size of workpiece and cracking, however, the production of stress in gears after carburizing and quenching opera- tion is very complicated and involves a lot of influence factors. This paper makes a study of the internal stress distribution in heavy - duty gears of different shapes after earburizing and hardening operation, and probes into the cause and influence factors which have resulted in the generation of internal stress in gears.
