开展职业教育集团化办学是深化产教融合、校企合作,激发职业教育办学活力,促进优质资源开放共享的重大举措。本文从政府支持力度,办学机制和教资等方面分析了职业教育集团的现状。并由此在政府层面、集团层面和企业层面提出了相应的对策,目的在于进一步促进职业教育集团的发展,真正建成一个"多元开放、校企合作、社会开放"的现代职业教育集团。

To carry out vocational education is a major measure to deepen the integration of production and education, school enterprise cooperation, stimulate the vitality of vocational education and promote the opening and sharing of high-quality resources.This paper analyzes the present situation of the vocational education group from the aspects of government support, school running mechanism and teaching capital. And then at the government level, group level and enterprise level puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to further promote the development of the vocational education group, to really construct a modern vocational education group with ＂multi participation, school enterprise cooperation and open society＂.
