The reservoirs in Shenzhen pose a potential security threat to the downstream areas. It is necessary to strengthen the safety monitoring of the reservoirs＇ dams. GNSS automatic deformation monitoring can be useful in the future. Based on the GNSS monitoring plan of Shenzhen, the feasibility and necessity of constructing GNSS deformation monitoring reference network are discussed, and a design scheme of network is put forward.
