摘要
探讨提高精梳锯齿整体锡林针齿梳理效果的方法。建立了针齿结构参数及排列的数学模型,编制Matlab程序得到棉层横向梳理针齿分布情况,并计算相应的梳理针齿统计参数。通过分布图及统计参数,对锡林针条的梳理效果进行对比与评价,提出了齿片倾斜角的优化方法并加以应用。结果表明:通过齿片倾斜角的优化,可改善棉层横向梳理的均匀性。认为:锯齿整体锡林针齿齿片倾斜角的优化有利于提高精梳梳理质量。
Methods of improving combing sawtooth whole cylinder carding effect were discussed. Mathematical model of sawtooth structure parameter and arrangement were established. The cotton layer horizontal carding sawtooth distribution was obtained by making Matlab program. And the corresponding statistical parameters of carding sawtooth were calculated. Through distribution figure and statistical parameters,carding effect of cylinder was compared and evaluated. Optimized method of sawtooth angle was put forward and applied. The results show that the uniformity of cotton layer horizontal carding is improved by optimizing the sawtooth angle. It is consid- ered that optimization of whole cylinder sawtooth angle can improve combing quality.
