我国盐行业在经历了几千年的发展演变,在国民经济中的地位发生了显著变化。盐业体制改革对盐行业提出了新的要求。如何适应国内外发展形势,提升全行业竞争力成为业内共识。阐述我国盐行业历史沿革及现状,分析我国盐行业取得的成绩和存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出应对策略。

China＇s salt industry has experienced thousands of years of development and evolution, and its status in national economy has undergone significant changes. Salt system reform has put forward new requirements for salt industry. How to adapt to the development situation at home and abroad and enhance the competitiveness of the whole industry has become the consensus within the industry. This paper expounds the historical evolution and current situation of salt industry in China, analyzes the achievements and main problems existing in salt industry in China, and puts forward some countermeasures for these problems.
