工业节水规划是节水型社会建设"十三五"规划的重要组成部分,是保障山西经济发展与水资源可持续利用的有力支撑。在深入分析山西省工业节水现状、存在问题和面临形势的基础上,明确山西省"十三五"工业节水的总体目标和主要任务,并对"十三五"期间山西省工业节水重点布局等关键问题进行了研究。

Industrial water-saving planning is an important part of the water-saving society construction planning during the 13th Five-Year. It is a powerful support for Shanxi＇s economic development and sustainable use of water resources. Based on the depth analysis of industrial water saving status, existing problems and the current situation,with overall goals and main tasks in Shanxi industrial water-saving during the 13th Five-Year,this paper researches key problems in key layout of Shanxi industrial water-saving during the 13th Five-Year.
