摘要
目的建立橘皮竹茹汤中人参皂苷Rb1的含量测定方法,并采用该法测定10批橘皮竹茹汤中人参皂苷Rb1的含量,每批汤剂中各单味药均为不同批次药材。方法采用Phenomenex Luna C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长203 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 ml/min。结果人参皂苷Rb1在5~500μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为95.5%,RSD为1.77%。结论本法可准确地测定橘皮竹茹汤中人参皂苷Rb1含量,可用于橘皮竹茹汤的质量控制。
Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of ginsenoside Rb1 in Jupizhuru decoction,and determine the amount of ginsenoside Rb1 in 10 batches of Jupizhuru decoction composed of different batch herbs. Methods The HPLC analysis was carried out on a Phenomenex Luna C18 column with column temperature at 30 ℃,flow rate 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength 203 nm and mobile phase acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid by gradient elution. Results The method was found to be linear within the ranges of 5-500 μg/ml(r=0.9999),and the average recovery of ginsenoside Rb1 was 95.5%(RSD 1.77%,n=6). Conclusion The determination method is suitable for the quality control of ginsenoside Rb1 in Jupizhuru decoction.
