摘要
基于城市交通管理中特殊车辆的限行管理需求,提出一种基于RFID采集技术配合电子警察的电子通行证管理系统。本文对系统中的电子通行证中心管理平台、路面执法缉查前端设备采集系统的设计实现进行说明,并介绍了该系统在兰州市的部署应用情况,同时对于系统如何有效解决传统特殊车辆管理面临的缉查效率低、易于伪造等问题进行分析。
Based on the needs of traffic control towards special vehicles running in urban areas, this paper proposes an electronic passport system which is a combination of RFID acquisition technology and run-red-light camera technology. The paper introduces the design and implementation of the central platform and front-end collection system as well as its deployment and application in the actual construction in Lanzhou City. It also analyzes and expounds how to effectively solve low inspection efficiency, easy forgery and other problems in the traditional special vehicle management.
