摘要 为优化电能替代中蓄热式电锅炉HSEB(heat storage electric boiler)采暖的应用方式,明确影响HSEB选型的因素,该文构建HSEB系统成本模型及运行约束条件,进而提出年运行电费和设备投资成本年金之和最小化的HSEB采暖方案优化模型。基于天津市典型商户的算例分析表明:减小峰谷价比或增大需量电价会使用户倾向于选择低蓄热率投运方式;用户热负荷特性对HSEB系统投运方式的影响较小,但对全天候供暖用户而言,热负荷日峰谷差率越大越倾向于选择大蓄热率投运方式。 In order to optimize the application mode of heat storage electric boiler (HSEB) in electric energy substitu- tion and determine its influencing factors, the cost models and operation constraints of HSEB systems are established in this paper. Moreover, a heating scheme optimization model is proposed with the objective of minimizing the sum of HSEB' s annual electricity charge and annual equipment investment. A case study on typical commercial customers in Tianjin indicates that a smaller peak-to-valley ratio of electricity price or a larger demand charge might lead the custom- ers to choose a low heat-storage mode; the heat load profiles have minor effect on the selection of HSEB operation modes, but for customers with whole-day heating demand, a larger heat-storage mode is more preferable for those with higher daily peak-to-valley heat load ratios.
