基于印象管理理论和道德认知发展理论分析求职者的面试行为
摘要
印象管理是人们社会互动中为了获得对方的好感而做出对自己行为上的修饰;道德是人们在社会互动中共同遵守的行为准则。借助于Goffman的印象管理理论和Kohlberg的道德认知发展理论,对求职者在面试过程中的行为进行分析和比较,探讨如何认知面试过程中的印象管理,如何看待求职者的道德水平问题。
