摘要
文章通过传统蘸水、专用蘸水和现代蘸水的展示,分析了贵州辣椒蘸水的发展现状,提出了生产辣椒蘸水包、备战工业化产销,保障种植户利益,加强人才培养等发展思路。
This paper analyzes the development of Guizhou chili dipping sauces including traditional dipping sauce, specialized dipping sauce and modern dipping sauce before suggesting strategies for their further growth: production of packaged chili dipping sauce, preparation for industrialized production and marketing, guarantee of the interests of farmers, and enhancement of educational programs.
