旅游供给侧改革背景下乡村旅游扶贫模式研究——以甘肃省陇南市为例

Study on the Poverty Alleviation Model of Rural Tourism against the Backdrop of Tourism Supply Side Reform——A Case Study of Longnan in Gansu

旅游供给侧改革背景下的乡村旅游扶贫既要保持乡村旅游产业和服务健康发展,通过调节旅游结构、提升旅游服务品质、促进旅游资源融合、降低旅游成本等不断提供更多、更精准的有效供给,又要坚持其扶贫的宗旨,即必须要有大量贫困人口的积极主动参与,并获得相当收益,这是一个具有较高难度的系统工程。文章首先介绍了陇南乡村旅游扶贫模式,然后对其发展困境进行了分析,最后提出了旅游供给侧改革背景下的乡村旅游扶贫的策略。

The poverty alleviation campaign through tourism against the backdrop of tourism supply-side re- form, a systematic project with substantial difficulty, should not only maintain the healthy development of rural tourism industry and services by adjusting the structure of tourism, improving the quality of tourism services, promoting tourism resources integration, and reducing travel costs so as to provide more sophisticated and ef- fective supply, but adhere to the poverty alleviation objectives which require the active participation of the pov- erty-stricken population and a noticeable increase of their income. Based on a review of the rural poverty alle- viation mode in Longnan and an analysis of the dilemma during the process, this paper suggests strategies for the rural tourism poverty alleviation in the context of tourism supply side reform.
