摘要
该反应为铜/联吡啶调控的CF_3CHCl_2及CF_3CCl_3对苯乙烯化合物的原子转移自由基加成反应.该反应通过添加联吡啶来增强铜的还原性,成功实现了CF_3CHCl_2和CF_3CCl_3较惰性C—Cl键的断裂,并与烯烃生成单一的自由基加成产物.
An efficient Cu Cl/bpy-mediated atom transfer radical addition reaction of styrenes with CF3CHCl2 and CF3CCl3 is developed. Bpy which was added to enhance the reducibility of copper was crucial for activating one inert C—Cl bond of CF3CHCl2 and CF3CCl3 to form single radical adducts.
