摘要
目前智能变电站二次系统的物理回路连接设计大多利用二次装置背板图进行屏柜内部跳纤连接、屏柜间以及光口间的一一对应连接。由于变电站内部同类设备背板结构相似、端口数据集合庞大,上述物理回路连接方式极易造成类似装置物理回路设计混淆、纤芯连接错误、设计工作多次返工等问题。对此针对智能变电站物理回路的连接设计,提出采用典型间隔分类形成典型设计方案、典型设计数据衍生设计相似间隔物理回路的设计方法。将该方法应用于多个智能变电站的设计,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计效率。
Currently in most of the physical circuit connection in smart substations,secondary system takes several back map of secordary equipment,then complating the jump fiber of internal cubicle and the fiber corn betwween two cubicles by correspond to optical port of both devices.For similar backplane structure of similar equipments inside the substation,the huge port data set,the current physical circuit connections in use can easily cause the confusion of physical circuit design for similar devices,connection to the wrong cores multiple designed rework and wrong rectification.In this paper,smart substation physical circuit design in accordance with the typical bay classification form a typical design program,typical design data as a template derived from the completion of a similar bay physical circuit connecting.This design method is applicated in multiple intelligent substations,shortening the design cycle and improving the design efficiency.
